Will started his insurance career in 2008 and joined Trustpoint Insurance in 2017. He serves on the Trustpoint Board of Directors while also maintaining his role of Vice President, Marketing Manager. Growing up in insurance, he started his career in claims working for a privately run self-insurance pool for the State of Virginia. He also spent time working for another large national captive insurance company before joining Trustpoint’s team. Will understands the importance of having partners that provide a solutions-based approach when running a business. Outside of the world of insurance, he has both started his own personal small business and later served as operations manager for a company based in Costa Rica. This allowed him firsthand experience navigating unique challenges of risk. Will’s passion has always been centered around cultivating successful relationships, creating win-win scenarios for all parties involved.
Will and his family of five are based out of Roanoke Virginia. He and his wife Sara are kept busy with their three children, Amelia, Wyatt and Layna. The family is most passionate about spending time traveling the world, experiencing culture both in their backyard and abroad. Whether it’s long adventures on motorcycles, old car rides, park days or house projects, you will always find them on the go.
